Used Apex to replace my metal roof & gutters as well as replace the roof & siding on my shed. Adam came out to visit with me and answered my many questions. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He provided an estimate for review and gave a likely timeline. He maintained excellent communication throughout the job and monitored progress along the way. His crew did an excellent job. They arrived early each day, worked hard and cleaned up the work space each day before leaving. The roof and shed came out great. Billing was exactly as promised with no surprises. Working with Apex made the unpleasant task of replacing my roof as pleasant as it could have possibly been.

The shop has spray foam, but Apex left the old roof (it was only 2 years old) on, sealed the holes to keep condensation from dripping into the sprayfoam, and put matching panels over the old ones. It was great that we didn't have to break the airtight sprayfoam envelope to replace the roof.

Mike Harry came to our home to inspect our roof for possibly entry points for rodents, he found several and showed me photos and explained to me what was needed, after finishing the work and more explanation and providing more photos the job was complete. The quoted estimate was the price charged. Mike was without a doubt the most courageous, detailed, professional repair person we have ever had doing any repairs on our home. No question APEX is now or roofing contractor. If they would have allowed more stars I would have given them 10.

I highly recommend them. They came out, assessed the issue, explained what they could do, and then went about fixing/patching things up. it's really great that we still have small businesses like Apex Roofing - we should support them as much as possible!

Highly recommend! The response time for inspection and installation was incredibly quick. Nathan even showed up early and walked me through the issues with the current installations of the shingles and how they would install the same shingles so they would be more schedule for the future. I'm sure this isn't the last time we'll need roof repair with all the thunderstorms and we will definitely be using Apex again.

A roof is a roof, and ours is really good, but John Bear is who made this so good after a hail loss. Not only was getting a new roof straightforward but John went out of his way to guide two 73 year olds through the digital process of the USAA claim then deliver the final documents for our records.

Saw a cpl. Bad shingles while blowing out my gutters.
Called apex’s office, she had me send the pictures to Nathan he came out very quickly and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes.

However, months later the manner in which it was repaired was questioned (although the leak was 100% fixed). Apex came back out and agreed the previous crew repaired it in a non-standard way. I think it takes a good company to admit their own people could have done better, apologize, then re-do the job in a manner that's more standard. Some people may see this review as a negative, however Apex's demeanor, communication, and willingness to fix the issue seems to me a big positive. Nobody's perfect, but it takes a company with integrity to admit it and make it right. Special thanks to Mike and Joe for coming out and walking me through exactly what would be done to remedy the situation and even took care of a few unrelated minor things on the roof to show good will. We used APEX for a roof repair on a old metal roof. They recommended repair and not full roof replacement. They replaced all the screws, added and/or replaced old flashing and replaced rotten wood. Excellent work. It took longer to do the work and did not charge extra.. just paid their estimate.

There were water stains going all the way across the bedroom, even outlining the A/C register. Never having dealt with such, I started to panic. I telephoned my insurance carrier first to get guidance. After speaking with them (and answering a million + one questions) I started contacting roofing companies. Yelp was my first step. I wrote down the name of 3 companies and started phoning. APEX Roofing in Georgetown was my first call. They came out the next day and went on the roof and also in the attic. They took pictures so I could see. The culprit was a solar panel component that was no longer sealed, thus my roof leaked, dripped onto the ceiling's drywall, and into the light fixture.

The 2nd company came out same day but did not go on the roof, nor did they enter my attic. They strictly relied on pictures from a drone. (I wasn't impressed with the lack of hands-on).

The 3rd company, well, I didn't give them a chance. I cancelled because of the professionalism and hands-on inspection received from APEX Roofing.

They were present when the insurance adjuster made a full inspection. After receiving word from insurance to proceed with repairs, I signed on with APEX. APEX took on the role of contractor & sub-contractor. They arranged for the solar panel company to remove the panels so a new roof could be installed (higher quality architectural shingles providing me with an insurance discount). An Attic Breeze solar attic ventilator was also installed. (Come on Summer 2024!! I'm ready!!)

APEX arranged for the bedroom ceiling to be restored and painted to pre-damage specs. APEX arranged for the fenced backyard to be pressure-washed to remove all signs of hail strikes and re-stained. Gutters spouts were replaced. Then APEX scheduled the re-install of the solar panels (with the company I purchased the panels from).

All work was done per insurance claim/quote and then-some. You can't place a price on professionalism, quality-of-work, positive attitude, and smiles.

Gutters spouts were replaced. Then APEX scheduled the re-install of the solar panels (with the company I purchased the panels from).

All work was done per insurance claim/quote and then-some. You can't place a price on professionalism, quality-of-work, positive attitude, and smiles.

I called Apex Roofing for a leak and they came out within a few hrs. It was poring down rain and I knew they probably had lots of homes to fix. Corbin Brozewski was wonderful! He not only found the leak but was able to fix it immediately. He could have just thrown a tarp over it and come back but he took the time to fix it. Corbin was friendly and courteous. Corbin made sure not to get my house dirty, taking off his shoes every time he had to come into the house. Corbin also noted that I have another problem that didn't need immediate fixing and he could come back later to fix if I wanted him to. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost was inexpensive. I highly recommend Apex Roofing Georgetown and their competent professional staff.

This is about a commercial building in Historic Downtown Georgetown that I've owned many years. I know it and the roof very well. Jeff presented himself and Apex as a Service Partner who could do the job on time and on budget and will stand behind it. I believe him. Thank you Apex! PS.
