Jeff and Everett did a great job on a roof repair after the September hail storm and upgraded our roof flashing to block pests. Jeff came back the next morning to follow up on a small spot they missed. Great service and easy to work with. I will call Apex in the future.

Project manager John Bear and his company Apex Roofing have done a wonderful job installing a new roof and gutters with gutter screens on my 21-year-old house whose last roof was installed in 2010. We installed a new roof then, and the last gutter job was in 2003. John made it easy for me. I met him one day and that same day he inspected my roof. He met the adjuster when he came to put the estimate together. I was not even present for that. We also got approved and attic breeze 45 watt solar fan which should make my attic much cooler and reduce my energy cost. Additionally, I will get a tax credit for the solar fan. I was only out of pocket for my $3000 deductible and 500 to upgrade to class 4 impact resistant shingle. I got the $34,000 roof for $3500. John was there the entire day the roof was installed. He checked everything very carefully throughout the process. I highly recommend Apex Roofing and John Bear. Five star all the way!

Adam and his crew with Apex did a great job! I used their service to replace two roofs over 90 days. Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and tidy upon completion. Adam is both trustworthy and committed to doing his work with excellence.

Apex Roofing are amazing. We have worked with them on two completely replaced roofing projects for our communities as well as smaller repair roofing projects and each time as been excellent work done. They are very communicative regards to scheduling and keeping us updated on status of our projects.

We used APEX for a roof repair on a old metal roof. They recommended repair and not full roof replacement. They replaced all the screws, added and/or replaced old flashing and replaced rotten wood. Excellent work. It took longer to do the work and did not charge extra.. just paid their estimate.

I always thought of myself lucky to not have roof damage with all the hail we receive in Georgetown (east of IH-35). But my luck ran out. Didn't notice anything amiss until I went into the spare bedroom, flicked on the light, and saw yellow. I looked at the light fixture, and it was full of water!!! There were water stains going all the way across the bedroom, even outlining the A/C register. Never having dealt with such, I started to panic. I telephoned my insurance carrier first to get guidance. After speaking with them (and answering a million + one questions) I started contacting roofing companies. Yelp was my first step. I wrote down the name of 3 companies and started phoning. APEX Roofing in Georgetown was my first call. They came out the next day and went on the roof and also in the attic. They took pictures so I could see. The culprit was a solar panel component that was no longer sealed, thus my roof leaked, dripped onto the ceiling's drywall, and into the light fixture.

The 2nd company came out same day but did not go on the roof, nor did they enter my attic. They strictly relied on pictures from a drone. (I wasn't impressed with the lack of hands-on).

The 3rd company, well, I didn't give them a chance. I cancelled because of the professionalism and hands-on inspection received from APEX Roofing.

They were present when the insurance adjuster made a full inspection. After receiving word from insurance to proceed with repairs, I signed on with APEX. APEX took on the role of contractor & sub-contractor. They arranged for the solar panel company to remove the panels so a new roof could be installed (higher quality architectural shingles providing me with an insurance discount). An Attic Breeze solar attic ventilator was also installed. (Come on Summer 2024!! I'm ready!!)

APEX arranged for the bedroom ceiling to be restored and painted to pre-damage specs. APEX arranged for the fenced backyard to be pressure-washed to remove all signs of hail strikes and re-stained. Gutters spouts were replaced. Then APEX scheduled the re-install of the solar panels (with the company I purchased the panels from).

All work was done per insurance claim/quote and then-some. You can't place a price on professionalism, quality-of-work, positive attitude, and smiles.

I highly recommend APEX Roofing in Georgetown. My sincerest thanks to John Bear, my assigned project manager. Without him, I'd still be in a panic. And to the rest of the Georgetown APEX Roofing team: Thank you Thank you Thank you! ~pam

I called Apex Roofing for a leak and they came out within a few hrs. It was poring down rain and I knew they probably had lots of homes to fix. Corbin Brozewski was wonderful! He not only found the leak but was able to fix it immediately. He could have just thrown a tarp over it and come back but he took the time to fix it. Corbin was friendly and courteous. Corbin made sure not to get my house dirty, taking off his shoes every time he had to come into the house. Corbin also noted that I have another problem that didn't need immediate fixing and he could come back later to fix if I wanted him to. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost was inexpensive. I highly recommend Apex Roofing Georgetown and their competent professional staff.

This is about a commercial building in Historic Downtown Georgetown that I've owned many years. I know it and the roof very well. Jeff presented himself and Apex as a Service Partner who could do the job on time and on budget and will stand behind it. I believe him. Thank you Apex! PS. Also thank you to the scheduling team who were kind and professional.

Chris Montgomery was super helpful on providing information about understanding Texas weather and how it affects roofs. I just recently moved from Southern California and never experienced golf ball sized hail.

I can't say enough about APEX roofing and Chris Montgomery. Chris came out and gave me a honest evaluation of my roof and walked me through every step of replacing my roof. He was knowledgable about working with the insurance companies. Chris even came out and met with my insurance adjuster to make sure he saw all the issues with my roof. Better yet, he gave me his cell number and encouraged me to ask any and every question I had. Chris always responded super fast. I lined up a couple of roofers in the next week to get an estimate of what needed done. The first guy claimed to be unable to crawl over the air-handlers in the attic and there is indeed very little room. The second company couldn't get on the roof bc it is about 40 ft up and they signed me up to wait for the "special 40 ft ladder". The APEX folks noticed the little balcony, went directly to the roof with a smaller ladder and noticed that all the sealants, keeping the metal roof waterproof, had dried up in the unforgiving TX sun. No need for access to the attic, no need for a 40 ft ladder. Jeff gave me a quote for the repair which I decided to sit on for a few days until the following rain created a puddle in the middle of the kitchen counter top. I didn't need to get a third data point and called Jeff from APEX back to say he was hired. I hired him bc he seemed to care about doing good work and since I was unlikely to use the balcony and go on the roof myself, I liked the idea of hiring someone who cared about doing quality work.
I have a one year warranty on his work as well. All around great work!

The technian Corbin looked at our vent and saw that the only issue was the previous owner had left a screen on it. Corbin removed the screen and did not charge for the call. Honest techs and great company. Thank You!

I needed several pieces of gutter replaced, they were sagging, leaking, and pulling away from the fascia. Ryan came out and very nicely explained what was causing the problems with my gutters and how they could fix the issues. Our gutters needed maintenance that likely had not been performed in years (we recently bought the house). Ryan came out and suggested changing the leaf guard from the old school screens to the newest product. We also had him cut off the French drains on the downspouts that were blocked and no longer working, and replaced with typical elbows. All we need is a rain to test out the improved efficiency!! All work went well. We would definitely use again.

The work was done in less than one day, they cleaned and hauled away all debris, and Ricky returned the next morning to inspect the area. Kim, who initially received my call, was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my dilemma. She explained that a technician would contact me back right away (which they did!) Marcus initially called, then came to check out my soffit situation. He was polite and professional. He was confident that he would complete the work the next day, and he did! We discussed problems I was having with an exhaust cap over my kitchen vent hood & some possible correction of repairs to my fireplace chimney flashing. He said a repair specialist would be in contact. Repair Specialist Jeff Muszynski came the very next day to inspect for needed repairs. I expected to have to wait a few days for him to return to do the work, but he was back early the next morning. He took before and after pics for me, so that I could evaluate what work had been performed. He did such a good job. I appreciated that he also cleared my roof of debris from my trees, such a kindness. I want to highly recommend APEX Roofing for customer service and excellent work.
