Spring is in full swing, and I'm excited to bring you another edition of our weekly newsletter. April is a month of renewal, with warmer weather, longer days, and a sense of optimism in the air.
In this week's newsletter, we're highlighting some of the exciting events and activities happening in April and in the coming months around Georgetown. Registration is open for the Georgetown Public Library and Native Plant Society Texas plant giveaway, plus Family Nature Fest at Garey Park is just around the corner. We also have several local events listed in our free community calendar if you're looking for more fun things to do in Georgetown.
Also in the headlines this week, Grace Academy recently held their annual SALT Service Day, and the City of Georgetown has announced several clean up events coming up in May.
