Mike Cochran
Mike is the owner and leader of the APEX Roofing team. He excels in business and customer service and understands that staying in business means exceeding customers’ expectations every time. His approach to every job is “get it done right, no matter what.” He has a natural love for people and their well being which is reflected in the ethics of his work and leadership. Expecting no more of others than of himself, Mike’s team appreciates and mirrors his strive for excellence and service. The words that best describe Mike, by his employees, are passionate, fair, and tireless.

Mike is the owner and leader of the APEX Roofing team. He excels in business and customer service and understands that staying in business means exceeding customers’ expectations every time.
Jennifer Halbert
Jennifer came on board as our Operations Manager in April of 2023. A visionary leader with 15+ years of Management experience and a successful track record in building out operation teams for maximized growth and success. She is driven and strategic to refine team engagement and performance for maximum profitability and rewarding company evolution. In her downtime, she enjoys her rescue pup, "Queso", time with family and friends, small venue live music and thrifting!
Jamie Coats
Jamie comes to us with 20+ years in accounting experience. She loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Sales & Project Management Team
Ty Stockton
Ty comes to us with 8 years in Sales and in management for 7 years. He’s a huge Longhorn fan-you’ll catch him at a ton of home games. When he’s not supporting his ‘Horns or working, you’ll catch him and his family at Celebration Church and volunteering around the community. Ty is a father of 2 beautiful girls, 6, and 7.
Adam Mantey
Adam came on board in March of 2022 as our Superintendent. He has a background in construction and was a heavy equipment operator. Born and raised in Rockdale, TX, he has 3 kids and enjoys yard work and gardening and is an avid football fan - Go Cowboys!
Adam Murrell
Adam came aboard in November of 2020 as our General Manager and brought with him 20+ years of extensive “all things roofing” knowledge and experience. A born salesman extraordinaire, he currently leads our, 8 member, Project Management Team. He loves basketball, golf, reading and spending time with his wife and son.
Mario Martinez
Mario is an Austin native, and started in APEX Roofing's repair department first. He was then promoted to Production Manager at APEX before being promoted to Project Manager. Mario started his roofing career working on replacement roofing crews. He also worked in the repair department for two different roofing companies in the Austin area. In his free time he enjoys car modifications and he has 3 dogs-2 Huskies and one Miniature Dachshund.
Bob Crowell
Former Military: US Army (3 years at Fort Hood, TX) who is proud to call TX home now. With over 40 years in the roofing industry, as an installer (of every type of roofing) and an owner of a reputable roofing company. Bob is married, with 6 kids, and 13 grandkids, which sparked his move to TX. His wife is his best friend, and they love the outdoors and traveling, including biking and kayaking. God and family are everything to him, and roofing is his passion.
John Bear
John started with APEX in late 2023 and has already hit the ground running. He loves to travel, spend time with his family, and enjoys being a Georgetown resident.
Ricky Bravo
Ricky came on board in April 2022. He grew up in Plainview, Texas and fresh out of college, he worked in IT, Software and Engineering. He initially assisted the Repairs Team and worked with Mario, before transitioning to sales and our Project Management Team. He is fulfilled by protecting our customer’s interest with integrity and truthfulness. Ricky enjoys time with his 10 yr old Akita dog named “Ryu” and truck modifications in his spare time. He enjoys the flow of sales life and the life balance it provides.

Nathan has over 22 years of experience in the roofing industry and takes pride in the development of his craft. With his vast certifications and eagerness to learn more, he can take on any size commercial or residential project with ease.
Mike Harry
Mike has 7+ years of roofing experience both in Residential and Commercial roofing. Mike was born and raised on the central coast of sunny California and loved spending time on the beach with friends and family. He is grateful for his new home in Texas and we are grateful for his new work home here at Apex Roofing. Mike has really hit the ground running and we are grateful for his heart for excellent customer service!

Aubrey Lauborough
Aubrey has 18 years in marketing experience and grew up in the heart of the Silicon Valley where Google and FB were born. Her and her husband also run a video production company.
